We will refund the cost of your booking if you are unable to attend a booked event due to:
- Illness, accidental injury or bereavement affecting you or a member of your immediate family.
- Transport failure or breakdown.
- Jury service or court summons.
- You being a member of the armed forces and being posted overseas unexpectedly.
- You being relocated permanently for work by your employer at the time of booking more than 100 miles from the booked event.
- Compulsory redundancy.

Submit your application
Visit our refund request page using the link in your booking confirmation email and fill in and submit the Refund Application Form as soon as possible after becoming aware of circumstances that may lead you to request a refund.
Provide documentation
You will be asked to provide supporting documentation within 45 days of registering your refund application. View our terms and conditions to learn more.

A dedicated member of our team will review your refund request. In most cases, your refund request will be processed within 5 working days.
Receiving payment
If your refund request is successful, you will be asked to provide your payment details and given an option of payment methods. You will receive payment in the currency of your purchase. You will receive payment within 10 working days of your refund request approval.
